The host had an outage which is why the site was down.

  YOU CANNOT BLAME A COSTUMER LIKE ME. WHEN THE DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER SAID THAT THE UPDATE WILL COME OUT THIS MONTH BLAH BLAH BLAH ETC, BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPENED. THEY JUST LOVE TO TALK. SORRY!!!

Don't you think it's time to deliver what u said u would in August? ... You make a statement that update was coming in August it's now November, what gets me is the lack of communication from the owners, I think it is poor customer service, when you cant explain why the update didnt come out when you said it would .. Stop treating your customers like idiots, u need to get your act together.

Well, I been a big supporter of this software, and have purchased, 3 YTK Pros, 2 YTKEs, and a VC Sync(before it went public). I respect Adam and Brock, and must admit, I am a bit disappointed. I understand things happen, but I been customer that not only bought your products, but recommended them to others. Wish even if you are mad at others, or even busy, would take people like me into consideration. :(
