I don't understand Yahoo Chat at all.

Do you know that Yahoo has a room for trivia? Yes there is. But what's the point yahoo created those room so anyone can run a trivia but so often they keep banning triviabot ID. Since I mention this in my last post in another topic. 3 more of my triviabot ID got banned from entering chatroom. At first you waited 24 hrs and lucky sometimes the ID can re-enter the chatroom again but most of my ID really got banned for good. I don't understand and it can be for flooding or spamming because the settings of my triviabot is already in a very slow delay.

Is this because am using YTK and my Trivia uses different server? Am curious because my friend is running one of mt triviabot but so far so good she haven't got any ID banned yet by just using normal YM for chat. Just wondering.

The fact that your triviabot getting banned has nothing to do with YTK at all. To my understanding triviabot also is considered as spamming. It only takes a few people to report your ID to get banned or deactivated for breaking the TOS.

The trivia chat rooms were not created specifically for trivia bots. Yahoo! would never create a room for bots.

I agree with Dave that someone is probably reporting the ID's as spam. YTK wouldn't cause your ID to be banned. YTK uses the same servers as Yahoo! Messenger.

Well Yahoo has a room for trivia entertainement. Entertainment and Arts/ Trivia Madness room. I ask the trivia runner in that room if he ever got id banned but he said no. I watch my friend for months now running a trivia and he said no. Only my trivia got Id banned for good. None of this trivia runner using YTK E only me. So I keep wondering why.

YTK did not cause your bot to get banned.

Onerose2au, customize your own questions in your trivia as well as changing the intervals (time) per question (this might help) but don't forget a lot of people/chatters are still deactivating or banning bots for no reason.
