2 Accounts compromised in the last 2 weeks

Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong place but wasn't sure where to post it.

So here is the story. 2 of my Yahoo accounts have been compromised in the last 2 weeks so I am trying to contact Yahoo on this page http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/cctop10/online_help.html

I fill out all info to try and get one of my accounts back and after submitting the form the message "The CAPTCHA you entered did not match please try again" shows at the top. I do not see any captcha on that page what so ever on any browser.

Does anyone else have any suggestions on how I can try and retrieve my accounts? The password reset doesn't work because yahoo has locked that feature on both accounts and tells me to contact them via that page I just posted.
