Error about YM chat login

Sorry Guys I got noone or where else to ask anymore but here. Hoping someone can help me about Yahoo Messenger Chat login. I wonder if anyone ever encounter an issue about login to Yahoo Messenger chat that the capcha always empty and then followed by a pop up error messege?

I have a friend I been trying to help. She got a new PC. She download the lastest version of Yahoo Messenger and install. She open YM to enter chat but capcha is blank and she got a pop up error messege. That's all she told me. We told her to uninstall Yahoo Messenger. Delete the Yahoo folder and install Yahoo Messenger 9. But her problem still the same. She can't use YM for chat. Login blank capcha box and error messege pop up! She just use Yazak only for chatting she said.

Does anyone have any idea what problem she is having? Or something wrong with her pc? She said it's new PC. Am trying to help her because she run one of my Triviabot in Yahoo that only use Yahoo Messenger chat. Please help if you have any idea. Thanks.
