update cam server

Hey guys I have downloaded the update cam server and it will not update the server to the new one what am I doing wrong?

I have done it closed and I have done it open and I have done it while in chat room and it just doesn't work

Known issue with webcams right now that'll be fixed in the next YTK Enhanced build.

The fix is only for Webcam Prescence Verification. It will not correct the webcam connection issue.
