password, activation key and license key

due to difficulties w/ my computer i had to have a complete system recovery done.  i have forgotten my password, lost my registeration key, and my license key. i think i am registered to the forum in two ways, one is brandon9775 and the other is <removed>, or it might just be jeffrey6800.  i am a member and have found my receipt, my order number is <removed>.  please email me at <removed> and remind me of my password, and the numbers that i am susposed to use for activation key and license key.

when i put the long string of letters and numbers in the box for the activation code it says the code is invalid. i tried 3 or 4 times.   also, when i get to the pass word section am i susposed to create a brand new password?  thanks

Make sure there are no blank spaces before or after the license key. Also make sure that all letters are capitalized. If that doesn't work you may need to disable your firewall temporarily.

Enter the current password. Followed by a new password never used before.
