Re: the voice bar is not showing up ( problem solved )

all of a sudden my voice will no show. "BUT" when i run messy alone i have it with no problem.  I have back tracked to try and figure what i changed if any.

Did you try hit the maximize button at the top right, sometimes it goes missing for me, and that straightens it up.

Allen....dam......i would have never thought it. I tried it and it worked ...I now have the bar back..........GOOD WORK buddy......have a Merry Christmas.  These things have a mind of there on.........At first I thought ...no way will that fix it......DAM.........thanks again

well I think I spoke too soon...still not right...works part time.  And I noticed the ignore feature is NOT working ( the cross hair feature ).  any ideas?

In preferences on YTKE, go to the second set of gears on the left, then to additional settings, make sure that allow for quick voice ignoring of users on voice is checked.

If that doesn't work reinstall Yahoo! Messenger.

Also what color is the YTK icon near the clock when this happens?

Hey.....I just went a head and did a clean uninstall and reinstall of Messenger !  All is working fine at this time....thanks!!!   And hope you have a Happy Holiday........stay warmmmmmmmmmm
