I had BSOD lats night can anyone read dmp files ?

hi all i need a dmp file looked at and maybe someone can help me out and look at it if i send it to them. i'm trying to figure out what caused my bsod as i was sleep and was woken up to my computer recovered from it. if anyone has the means to look at these please get a a  hold of me thanks.

I have no idea how to read a .dmp file. But the last time I had BSOD it was due to bad RAM.
