SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME PLS? I BOUGHT YTK PRO FOR 1 WEEK AND I STILL CANT USE IT.I TRIED MANY THING TO OPEN IT BUT IT ONLY OPENS IN SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING.AND IN SAFE MODE I DONT HAVE VOICE.EVERY THING IS OK.FIREWALL AND ANTIVIRUS BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THIS ?ONLY SOMEGUYFROM CANADA WHO IS MODERATOR OF THIS FORUM HE HELP ME MANY TIMES BUT I SENT THE MSG TO ADAM AND 6 SIC 6 AND OTHER GUYS BUT NO BODY HELPING ME.SO PLS IF ANY BODY KNOW SOME THING ABOUT MY PROBLEM OR UNDERSTAND WHAT I WANT TO SAY PLS HELP ME.BCZ I DONT KNOW WELL ENGLISH .THANK YOU ........

Do you have any other security software besides what is listed in your signature? Something on your system is preventing YTK Enhanced from opening Yahoo! Messenger.

yes.i install yester day bitdefender antivirus free.and microsfot security essencial.i tried to disinstall it yesterday but couldnt .

Having both Microsoft Security Essential's and BitDefender installed can cause issues. You need to choose one of them only. Whichever one you choose you need to make an exception for YTK Enhanced. So that the program isn't monitoring it. Since it seems one of them is preventing YTK Enhanced from working.

having 2 anti virus can cause an iusse i would uninstall both and see if it fix the problem and i would install 1 of the anti virus and i would go with Microsoft Security Essentials i never had a iusse with it and ytk login fine

FINALLY IT IS OPEN AND WORKS BUT NOW OTHER PROBLEM START SO SOMEGUYFROMCANADA PLS HELP ME ..I SAW YOUR FORUM REPLY ABOUT VOICE ERROR AND I INSTALL TSP CODEK AS ADMINISTRATOR AND RESTART AGAIN BUT SAME TROUBLE,SO NOW I AM 75% HAPPY BC Z IT IS WORKING NOW BUT THE IMPORTANT IS VOICE AND ITS BIG PROBLEM FOR ME ..
