How can I delete this Yahoo Pre named Group: Recent Contacts ?

I dont need it nor like it.

You can't remove it, unless you revert back to an older build.

Recent Contacts always show when you PM'd someone, so it will be impossible to remove.

If you download and install the most recent build of Yahoo! Messenger. You can hide "Recent Contacts". By going to Contacts, Show/Hide and unchecking Recent Contacts.
