canada, .. thanks for fixing it.  i think that when you re-set my account that must have fixed it.  i also noticed that the passcode you sent me is not the same passcode that i was receiving through the automated system.  anyways, it is fixed now, and thank you very much.

Sometimes having two keys can be confusing. With two different passwords.
