Well, I been a big supporter of this software, and have purchased, 3 YTK Pros, 2 YTKEs, and a VC Sync(before it went public). I respect Adam and Brock, and must admit, I am a bit disappointed. I understand things happen, but I been customer that not only bought your products, but recommended them to others. Wish even if you are mad at others, or even busy, would take people like me into consideration.
