After you activate it. It should ask you to locate yahoomessenger.exe

Located here:
C:\program files (x86)\yahoo\messenger\yahoomessenger.exe

Once you do that you just need to open YTK as administrator.

Also be sure to use Yahoo! Messenger U.S.

Be sure to close Yahoo! Messenger first.
