to my knowledge i've put in the right activation code and then it sends me to creating a new password, but it is not changing it for me.  when i click the icon on my desktop i still get the activation code box.  i do not know what i am doing wrong, unless it has something to do with because i'm back on my original computer cause it's fixed now.  i'm not really sure which one is my activation code, but i guess it's the one ending in <removed>.  please try to tell me what to do.
