The problem is not with YTK Enhanced. If it were others would be complaining about the same issue.
Have a look at this link especially the portion that mentions required dependencies. Make sure all of those things are installed and up to date;

Click Start, Click Control Panel, Click Internet Options, Click on the Advanced tab, Click Reset as shown below, Apply and OK.
