Having both Microsoft Security Essential's and BitDefender installed can cause issues. You need to choose one of them only. Whichever one you choose you need to make an exception for YTK Enhanced. So that the program isn't monitoring it. Since it seems one of them is preventing YTK Enhanced from working.
