I uninstalled McAfee completely, cleaned registry using a utility registry cleaner, and tried running YTK without any antivirus installed. Windows firewall disabled as well.  Same problem, does not open the Yahoo log-in box.  I then installed ESET Smart Security Version 4.2.71.2, and I then uninstalled YTK Enhanced and deleted all remnants. Ran the utility registry cleaner again. Then I stopped the ESET anti-virus and firewall (and Windows Firewall) parts of  the program and downloaded YTK again from the website. I then tried a clean install of YTK again.  Again same issue. I shut down YTK and I started Yahoo and got the log-in window and I right clicked on YTK and ran as administrator and i get the YTK Icon on the task bar, it doesn't tell me that YTK sees Yahoo running, to shut it down before starting YTK.  Its like it doesn't even associate that yahoo is even there, with or without Yahoo log-in window.  :-\
