I'm still working on this. It's now been days since I filed my complaint to Yahoo!'s Privacy Customer Care department. I've heard nothing back so my next move is to forward my complaint to Yahoo! Security. After a few days of waiting for them to get back to me, if they do at all, then I'm going to either release this information to miscellaneous, highly respected, security sites (Secunia, Security Focus Bugtraq list, etc) and/or forward the information directly to the EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation)
