Don't you think it's time to deliver what u said u would in August? ... You make a statement that update was coming in August it's now November, what gets me is the lack of communication from the owners, I think it is poor customer service, when you cant explain why the update didnt come out when you said it would .. Stop treating your customers like idiots, u need to get your act together.

What does the Yahoo! Messenger troubleshoot error say?

Are you using Yahoo! Messenger U.S.?

Sounds like your firewall is blocking YTK.

Hi,

I am not able run YTK ENHANCED in my pc. Every time when i try to run YTK i get troubleshoot error in YM and even the ytk icon at the task bar stays dead always as i can't even right click on the same to get access to preferences to check whether its a connection issue or not.

If i use YM without ytk its works perfectly fine, I really don't understand whats going wrong.

I have a doubt is my license code ban or something ?

Please advise ...........

There is currently no update to fix that issue.

You have to sign out and sign in again until the YTK icon near the clock turns green (connected).
